Family Friendly New Mexico
Gatton & Associates, P.C., is proud to be recognized for the 9th consecutive year by Family Friendly New Mexico. This is the first year we have been recognized at the Platinum, or Distinguished Leader, Level! All previous years, we have been recognized at the Gold Level.
To earn Platinum recognition, businesses must meet at least two family-friendly policies each of the first four categories (Paid Leave, Health Support, Work Schedules and Economic Support), plus one policy in each of the Platinum-level categories (Pay Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and Community Investment).
The purpose of this award program, which is celebrating its 10th year, is to recognize and support businesses that adopt and implement family-friendly policies for their employees.
